We have loved living here for the past 2 years - it really doesn't feel like it gets better than this community! The location is perfect - on the border of Irvine and Newport Beach, with beautiful parks and trails all around us. The community is very dog friendly which we appreciate. Most of the units here are renovated with a beautiful, modern design. The community is very well maintained, including the pool which feels like a resort! And the entire leasing office and maintenance staff are so... nice and they are very prompt with responding to questions or requests. All of our maintenance requests have been resolved within a day. We would highly recommend this community to anyone!

Great Place to Live
I've lived in Turtle Crest Apartments now for a little over a year and I have been very happy with the experience so far. I moved in July of 2014, and everything has been running smoothly ever since. They have a great community pool that is always clean and not too crowded. The gym on site is nice, but could be a little bigger with some new equipment. One thing I wasn't very pleased with was that they closed the pool for 6 weeks to re-plaster it, without any discount in rent. Normally I... wouldn't mind, but you definitely pay a premium to live here and to take away an amenity such as that for more than a month I believe warrants a deduction in rent. The staff is extremely friendly and very responsive to requests. There are not many yonder people living here, most in their 40's and up with families. The parking situation is not bad at all, and there are almost always spaces to park right outside my door. Would recommend to any family looking to move to an apartment community with good amenities.
