The park apartments is such a calm and yet fun place to live! The staff is friendly, helpful, and very responsive whenever anything needs attention. You really can’t beat the location, being walking distance to the Spectrum and Starbucks is a huge plus. It’s been a perfect spot for our growing family. Has a huge park where the kids can run around, a coffee shop, and the gyms are clean. Def recommend!!

My husband and I live in a beautiful home somewhere else in OC. And we love the home we own. HOWEVER, we always talk about the top notch amenities the Irvine Park Apartments had. One day, when we sell our home, we’re gonna go back. We loved walking over to the spectrum and having date nights. We loved the small dog park they have, perfect for socializing your furry babies. I’ve had an awful experience right from the start. I’m 3 months into my lease and I’ve had zero positive experiences with the management. My unit has needed multiple repairs - huge water leak, no heating, no hot water, broken screen, broken drawer, carpet lifting, toilet malfunctioning, everything is so poorly made. So cheap. My unit has supposed to have an extra closet per the floor plan, but it’s missing. I’ve asked them to compensate for damages and losses incurred due to all of these issues... and they’ve done nothing about it. They are a money hungry company with fake nice people working in the office. They do absolutely nothing to solve for inconveniences. I’ve seen rats on property, dog pee and poop all around, it’s filthy. My building’s call box hasn’t worked in weeks, it’s so much trouble esp when I’m not home for a delivery. I’ve asked them several times to repair. No solution still. Every time I talk to the leasing team about an issue, nothing gets done. No one ever calls back and they take weeks to respond to emails. I have been paying rent on time every month through their payment portal. Despite setting a date, they would like to withdraw your money on days that are NOT the one you assigned and then will have you pay late fees if the amount bounces back due to an unauthorized payment schedule. When I approached the staff, you only get a "we're working on it, but go ahead and submit a paper check since we stop your access to the pay portal after 2 months of late payments" which they oddly say really loudly... for others to hear you.

As for the theft, I got my bike and two skateboards stolen in their GATED UNDERGROUND GARAGE. When I brought it up, they said "call it a loss." They don't care. Read More
