Weed and cigarettes smell everywhere. Low income community. They removed the leasing office. You can only call or app to schedule to see someone to help you! Very slow maintenance service! Will take up to 6-7 days for maintenance order. Emergency service will take up to 24-48 hrs!!! U don’t want to pay full price to live here!!!

Lived here for 5 years
I lived in the same apartment for 5 years and I loved it. You can not beat the location and price. I loved living at San Leon.
