I've been using the Irvine Company apartments since I started college at UCI, and now that I've graduated I am so glad I was able to find the Northwood Apartments! It's perfect for college kids trying to find affordable housing with none of the "right out of college" vibe. The location is BEAUTIFUL and very mellow. The inside of the apartment is so spacious and clean, it really made my family a little jealous! In terms of parking, I was a little concerned at first because there were going to be... three of us with cars. Not a problem! Not only are there ample amounts of both apartment and street parking available, but the complex is right near both the 5 and the 405 freeways, too! Everyone in the complex, neighbors and maintenance/leasing, are so friendly and accommodating. Seriously, if you ever need a great place in Irvine but don't think you can afford Irvine-level rent, check out Northwood Apartments. It's a steal!

Northwood Place Apartment
Apartment are nicely build and maintained, maintenance service for apartment and the community works hard to keep it well, facilities like Pool, Gyms, Laundry rooms and Club house are also clean and well maintained. Office staff is friendly and supportive. Nice neighborhood, and last but not least enough parking space.
