Everyone please read my warning!! Do not move into unit 211 at Estancia apartments!! The next door neighbors will keep waking you up all night long! Every night you will constantly hear loud pounding and booming sounds especially from 11pm-8am. These neighbors are slamming and pounding their feet on the ground, slamming large objects into the ground and walls, running and stomping their feet all night and it gets so bad our plates and cups shake in our kitchen cabinet! To make these extremely... loud pounding sounds you have to knowingly slam your feet or objects into the ground. Living here is miserable torture. We've been notifying the property about the noises since July of 2024 and to this day the issue still remains! Estancia has repeatedly contacted the neighbors yet the neighbors still knowingly make these pounding noises that are now worse than before. Estancia is not enforcing the rules of the leasing agreement everyone signs or quiet time laws, and we have plenty of recorded evidence of the noises! They even stopped responding to my emails which is so unprofessional. Please listen to my warning and save yourself from going crazy. Do not move in here. If this review is up that means the noise issue still remains.

Great place, would rent again
This is the second place we've rented and we absolutely loved it! The ac was great and upgraded to Nest, they also upgraded the internet to Google fiber which my husband loved. It came with all appliances so I didnt have to buy my own washer dryer. Parking was good I was able to have family over, unless after 9ish that's when we would have to park far but otherwise there was always parking. The trails parks, food were alm walking distance. So convenient!

It depends
I am living in townhouse with my attached garage which is great. Schools and market place are are few minutes away. BUT, I have a big problem with AC unit and every time someone from maintenance team comes, he tells me everything is Ok and trying to give me excuses like your unit facing the sun, you don’t have Neighbors above you etc.!!! I mean it is not my problem, I have problem and they have to solve it but unfortunately. Last thing they told me if you want to leave, you can but you will pay... as per contract and they didn’t want to change it for earlier date next year so I don’t spend another summer in this unit. It is not professional and I hate them for that. club is not available unless you rent it, kids area as well!!! Parking is problem if you have more than one car, fitness center is in Solana which you can use but it is about 5-10 minutes walk based on your unit. I don’t think I will spend another year there.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
This place is terrible. DO NOT recommend. I live in the second-floor unit, the unit above me (which is the third floor) has dogs running around 24/7 making crazy noises very late at night. I thought third floor is only for cat location???? The worst thing living in Estancia is the PARKING. If you get home after 7pm, it is impossible to find a parking near your unit. And literally NO parking spaces at all on the weekends. Also, guest parkings are always full, which means you can't invited anyone... to your house. This is ridiculous!!! We've complained couple times to the office and the manager. You know what they said to me?? They told me that I can park on the fireline if I sleep in the car...WTF? Otherwise I have to park outside the gate by the street or across the street in a plaza. Anyways.. I can't wait to move out from Estancia.

Great Place to Live
I really love this place. It is safe, quiet, and the maintenance and office staff provide 4 star service. I have a new interior, great floor plan, excellent landscaping, plenty of parking and security. I honestly didn't know apartments were ever this well managed. Bravo to The Irvine Company.
