You cant ask for a better location than Irvine, with its award winning schools, and this complex right next to a huge park and walking distance to lake and schools. Extremely safe. Good parking. Maintenance fixes any issue within a day. It's a great place to call home.

I love where I live!
Cross Creek is a wonderful apartment community. The maintenance staff with Botan and Jose do a wonderful job of helping us with any issue. Moreover, the entire office staff is simply first class. This apartment has excellent schools, parks and shopping areas around it. In short, we love Cross Creek.

Cross Creek Apartments
The Irvine Company mission statement is love where you live. I absolutely love where I live Cross Creek I have the privilege of living in a unit that sits behind the beautiful park and I can see the lake from my patio. Cross Creek is perfect for me I am walking distance to both major grocery store and restaurant. The coolest thing is I can just sit on my patio every summer and enjoy the concert by the lake. More important to me is how Cross Creek Apartment staff members went over and beyond to... do whatever they could to accommodate me when I fail on financial hardship and personal setbacks. The staff members are friendly and caring. When I am down and out I just go to the office to zap the positive energy and walk out feeling rejuvenate. Lord knows that the Irvine company did not have to work with me let alone accommodate me and my special need daughter during out most difficult time. Thank you Cross Creek Staff.
