Sharp Homes by the Sea is owned and operated by Real Estate Broker / Realtor, Quinten Sharp. After graduating with a double BBA in Marketing and Management from Baylor University (sic 'em Bears!), Quinten began his sales experience in medical supplies and then Off Road Sports marketing. He eventually discovered his love of real estate and began selling homes in Houston, Texas. Quinten moved to Orange County in 1986. <br /><br />Quinten is assisted by his wife April Sharp. April works closely in the area of marketing and graphic design specifically tailored to real estate sales. <br /><br />Sharp Homes by the Sea has other agents on the team as well who help market listings. The office of Sharp Homes by the Sea is conveniently located near the 5 Points Shopping Center.<br /><br />Quinten & April have two sons and the entire family is very active in the Huntington Beach community between the local schools, church, sports teams, and performing arts.<br /><br />A Note from Quinten: YOU are very important to me.
