Too many things are changing at this complex and not for the good. I was just informed that the maintenance people will supply you light bulbs but won’t put them in. So if I brake a fixture I’m sure they will have me pay for it. They say their hours are from 8am - 5pm that’s a lie they don’t answer until 10am - 4pm if you call after hours it’s supposed to transfer you to the emergency line, yeah right that does happen it says this number is unlisted. So if I have an emergency I have to wait... until 10am m- f. The management has changed quite a few times. You never know who’s working in the office. They want you to have a parking permit or they will tow your car. It wasn’t an issue before by the way if you have 2 cars and 1 adult in the house they don’t want to give you another permit, they say it should be 2 adults in the house. That doesn’t make sense! Not too happy with this place.

Doesn't even deserve a star
Lord Tennyson Apartments is one of the worst places to live. First off, the management here hates us, next is the main gate that closed and damaged my vehicle, the constant yard work, the kitchen doesn't have any drawers, and worst of all the mold. And for the price of rent we pay, the least they can do is take care of the mold in the bedrooms.

space in hayward
You can't beat the square footage for the money you spend. bedrooms are nice size. Can fit a queen size bed with dresser. cable ready and even allows satellite TV.
