Apartments are nice, grounds are OK. nice to have so many pools, but there are maintenance issues and parking is an issue. The services they contract with are a bit scammy and management has a hands off approach with the companies they let into the community to perform services. Towing service is an example

staff does not know what they are doing or respond at all to any messages or follow ups. They never know what is happening in the complex. It’s also very unsafe and their refusal to employ proper security as is promised is truly baffling. Thank you Highlands for the revolting experience.

Love the safe community and large open complex but parking is not ideal and I wish the amenities were kept clean and maintained for us
