The manager couldn’t produce a itemized list how she came up with the cost for each resident in the building when there is only one water meter nor the trash or sewage bill. Manager referred me to management company for the answer and I emailed them and they never responded. There are always nails on the ground in the parking area. The parking spaces are only for compact vehicles. The manager and management company never have answers to residents questions. This place is very unprofessional.

I’ll start off with how My roommate and I had to wait (2) weeks for a key for the front entrance and had to knock on the door or text someone to open it for us. Manager is not very responsive when needed. Only time you will hear from manager is if your late on rent other than that she is nonexistent. The apartment interior is decent however the outside is tacky and the washers are very small my roommate and I can barely fit a loads worth into one and on top of that you need the app to pay so if... you don’t have a smart phone you will need one to do laundry here. They are unprofessional, they tell you they will call you but never do. Infested with roaches. Takes months to get something fixed. Pool always dirty. Always loud. Parking is horrible. Trash is disgusting. ROACHES EVERYWHERE!! Drug deals happen low key. People smoke and drink around the children. ALWAYS FIGHTING! You wake up to screams from neighbors. Manager talks to other tenants about you behind your back!

I have been staying here since a few months now and it's been great, nice and clean. I have great neighbors and the management allows rent payments online.

Myself and husband have been here for six months. The manager painted this pretty picture of living here and if we needed anything fixed, no problem. Well we have a problem it should not take six months to make minor repairs, especially if you're paying your rent on time. However you better not be one day late paying rent or you will receive an early morning text message. Its not fair we want our money, but you have to wait six months for repairs. I was also told pest treatments were done for... preventable, they didn't say roaches were already here! I've had to research on how to keep them away, however if they would patch up the small holes that might help. And the pool is always nasty looking.
