Room has a microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, and electric oven, although main kitchen can be used for large cooking if needed, and dishes can be washed in the main kitchen or bathroom if not many
Park is in the street in front of the property where car can be seen by the roommate and also by the surveillance cameras
Roommate can invite people over (no more than one at a time but no sleep overs other than occasionally and they should let me know}
