- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: NON-WARRANTIED: The following items or personal property are included in the Premises without warranty and Landlord will not maintain, repair or replace them: 3 fireplaces, security system, ice maker, water dispenser, house vacuum (non operable) -- HOA Moving Guidelines: home owner or legal agent who have full responsibility to provide to their renters all information they need. Before “new” renters move in, homeowners must notify management so the previous renters can be removed from the database and a record of new tenants submitted to the association to be recorded. Tenants will have to bring a copy of the lease and proper identification to register their vehicles for an access device.
