Have lived here at Solana for 11 years and will renew my lease when the time comes. I have made Solana my home. I know there is a lot of negative reviews but I can tell you I love living here. I feel safe, apartments are really big. Had no problem with neighbors. Love that there is shopping center and my job across the street. The bus stop is a plus as my son uses it for going to college. They have a weight room and pool with barbecue area, and now a play area for the kids. Maintence is great... and if I have a problem I go in the office and they take care of it right away. Would recommend Solana at Grand as a place to call your home.

Despite the fact that I could never count how many residents live here, the place is very quiet and everyone minds their business. The apartment complex is right across from a plaza filled with almost everything you could need, from Walmart, Vallarta Supermarket, to Arco (or, if you prefer, the Chevron down the street). The parking lots are well lit so there isn't too much concern for those who walk their pets at night. All in all, the move from Los Angeles to Escondido was not complicated by... Solana at Grand; it soothed my worries since I trusted the leasing office team due to their transparency and patience with all my questions.
