D Avilla Woods Condo
This apartment complex is not good and safe to live. This is the only apartment complex which has a lot of garbage stuff on the side. The owner is fun of collecting things from the dumpster and trying to save them that contribute to the deterioration of the complex...which is dirty. If the tenant has a complaint about say dish washer, he will replace it with another old dish washer. It takes time for tenants complaint to be acted upon by the owner. Every year they the rent from $200 to $300.
