I lived at Octave apartments for one year. I moved in hopeful because of the new management; however, this is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. My roommates and I moved into our apartment with a hole in our ceiling and a cockroach-infested kitchen. We were guaranteed a brand new unit, yet none of the new appliances were installed until months later. They also lost our first months rent which was in the form of a cashiers check. The management never took responsibility for... any of their actions and everything was always an excuse, rather than a plan on how to make our living situation better. This place is managed worse than Trump's White House. Nothing gets done here. Maintenance is understaffed and overworked and never has time to do repairs. Units are not remodeled despite being marketed as such. Parts of our apartment had features that didn't work such as lights and appliances when we moved in. Took months for them to address the issue and some still are unaddressed. Anyone even considering this property, or any other property run by FPI Management should look elsewhere. I really enjoyed my two years at Allegre apartments. Great location for college students, with an awesome layout for the pool and courtyard areas.

However, the only thing that was questionable was the management! James was quite confrontational when it came to anything that had to do with the units.

Maintenance on the other hand was a delight to deal with every day.
