The water doesn't get hot enough, parking sucks, trash hours/restrictions
This place says their luxury but the fact is, its made very cheaply.
Our doors dont line up all the way creating drafts, the refrigerator is weirdly small and now we have to pay for the replacement filters which are $50. There's room for 3 shelves in the kitchen cabinets but they only allow you 2 shelves so not all of your stuff fits.
They decided to punish the residents because the home owners in the neighborhood use our garbages as their dumping grounds. SCVA put locks on the doors but... wont give us a code. They gave us hours we're allowed to throw our trash away.
There's weird restrictive hours for the pool and BBQ area.
They dont allow you to fo whatever you want with your garage space or your patio space. They actually do checks.
The property is non smoking so you have a bunch of adults walking around trying to their vapes or standing literally just off the property line to smoke. Not smoking inside, makes sense but outside, is ridiculous.
The doggy spa - 85% of the time there are no towels.
THE WATER DOES NOT GET HOT ENOUGH! Its barely over luke warm. I can not stress this enough. Dont live here if you're a woman.
The women of the office are nice; they actually talk to you and dont make you feel brushesld off buuuut, thats also just a nice way to say "sorry, rules are rules."
