I've lived at this complex since 2019 and have seen the prices just explode in the complex without any upgrades being made other than general maintenance.
I have currently lived in a 1 bedroom 1 bath and my shock came when my renewal came in this year with a $300 increase.
I have tried everything possible to negotiate even just $100 less of that and they have refused to budge on anything. They stated they would be able to rent my apt to the next person for an additional 500 over what i was... currently paying once i moved and that they had a long waiting list of people ready to take it when ready.
Now i call in to see if i could leave the apartment a month earlier as i have found much cheaper alternatives nearby and they state they don't have anyone that would be able to rent my apartment and i find out they as of this moment 30 units available but still wont negotiate my to just lessen the increase by 100. They would rather lose another tenant than do anything at all to keep one around. The grounds are nice but for what they charge its just not worth it anymore.
Oh and your security deposit doesn't even consider getting it back. They WILL charge you for anything and everything they can find even to paint the walls once you move regardless of how many years you've lived there.

Love
It's been a month or so since we moved in. Can't say anything bad about this place! It's so beautiful, neighbors are friendly, and most importantly it's been real quiet. We love that we can swim every night when we come home from work! The pool is amazing and this place is so luxurious :)

Stunning
The Enclave is by far the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived in. It's a large complex, yet feels so incredibly safe. There's always something to do, due to the pool and gym. There are food trucks, and special events going on often. It's just a lovely vibe here, home sweet home.

2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms in southern as you can imagine can be quite expensive anywhere on one income. But a great place to live. Great amenities and neighbors and staff.

Great place to live
I have lived here for over three years and have had very few issues. It is a gorgeous facility, great maintenance, and very spacious. Any issues I have had are fixed within minutes. The staff is very helpful and easy to contact. They have any amenity you could imagine. It's right off the 405, so a great location for anyone commuting to work. I have recommended the Enclave to many friends in the past and will continue to do so!
