Applied to Terrano Apartments (managed by Greystar) and paid a $250 application deposit. Our application was denied, we never signed a lease, and we never moved in.
Instead of returning the deposit, they kept the $250 and somehow issued a $100 “move-out” charge for a unit we never occupied. You can’t move out of a place you never moved into.
Multiple attempts to resolve this with the leasing office went nowhere. No clear explanation, no correction, no refund — just silence and improper billing... .
This shows extremely poor administration and accountability. If this is how they handle people before you even become a tenant, imagine dealing with them after you move in.

Melissa and Siri were great to work with. Very professional and worked diligently to get our process to be as smooth as possible upon getting situated into our new home. Overall great place to live, the neighbors have been the best part of the experience with everyone being very friendly thus far.

My family and I love living at Terrano. Everyday feels like a vacation. The community is very peaceful, well kept and well maintained amenities. The Manhattan floor plan is so spacious if you’re looking for a 2 bedroom.
