Comfortable, safe and management is great
We’ve lived here a long time and have always been happy to call it home. The management does community get togethers with free food, it’s a nice way to meet your neighbors. Dos Lagos is a safe area with walkable stores near by.

Great complex to live in with excellent customer service !
The staff at Dos Lagos have been very helpful with all of our needs during the move in process and even having to transfer units. Very convenient location close to lots of shopping and entertainment. I highly recommend this complex.

Outstanding service! Rosa is an amazing PM!
Highly recommended living here great place. Having a PM like Rosa and a maintenance like Pacheco is the best again if you are looking for your next home must visit Montecito at Dos Lagos.

Excellent management—Rosa and Jose are the best
Jose, the maintenance technician, is amazing he’s reliable, efficient, and always responds promptly whenever something needs fixing. I truly appreciate how both Rosa and Jose go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s rare to find a place where management is this attentive and dependable. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to live!
