Appreciate all the changes that this management has done. I think the only issue in which I have not noticed a change is in parking enforcement. A lot of cars parked do not have stickers and it makes it hard for us that arrive late from work and need parking. Patrol is never around enforcing parking and many residents have more than 2 cars.

I have no complaints . I just moved in. My area is very quiet. I love how Marquess is very clean. And it comes with a gym and pool. And most of all I have a garage to park my car.

This was an Easy move-in process. Clean apartment, move-in, and a very welcoming community. Everything in the apartment seemed to be working as it should, and I am very excited to be living there full-time.

They promise to fix things, once u become a resident they close work orders
once you sign they do not care at all. They say yes we will fix that no problem we will take care of it. Once u move in they close your work orders without feedback. No one knows whats going on. Then they blame it on the old property management but its them. The apartment is trash. Residents just leave their trash on the sidewalk, don't pick up after pets. Tennis court nets have never been replaced poop all over the court. Pools are always dirty. Apartments are so old and they just Mickey... Mouse their repairs or don’t.
