Nice & Quiet so far very helpful front office I enjoyed how patient they were with me it took me longer to get there due to traffic they answered the phone and assured me they would be waiting on me when I got there the process was fast they even was helpful with food choices near by

Little noisy with the Main Street, but other than that, so far so good. Neighbors seem nice and I’m happy with the complex. Apartment was clean when we moved in and I love the parking access.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

Living in this apartment complex has been one of the most frustrating housing experiences I’ve ever had. In my personal experience, the maintenance issues here are constant, repetitive, and rarely fixed correctly the first time. I’ve repeatedly dealt with an A/C unit that seems decades old, barely works, and never gets repaired in a way that actually solves the problem long-term.

Communication from management has been extremely disappointing. In my experience, interactions with the management...
office — including staff such as Vanessa and Roxana — have felt unhelpful, dismissive, and at times outright rude. I often felt like the information I was given was inconsistent or unreliable, which made dealing with ongoing problems even more stressful.

Maintenance quality has also been a major concern. From what I observed, repairs seemed rushed or incomplete, and it sometimes felt like issues were simply patched over instead of actually addressed. For example, when it came to concerns about possible mold, it looked to me like the approach was just to paint over it rather than investigate the underlying cause.

The environment around the complex has not felt secure or well-maintained either. Despite being promoted as a gated community, gates were frequently open or nonfunctional, and I regularly saw people wandering through the property who didn’t seem to live there. Noise from neighbors was common, dog waste was often left around the grounds, and there were incidents nearby that made me feel uneasy — including reports of shootings in the surrounding area.

Overall, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a safe, well-managed, or well-maintained place to live. The constant issues, poor communication, and lack of reliable maintenance made my time here extremely stressful and disappointing.

My upstairs and not considerate of someone living below them. The kid runs back and forth all night. Not happy so far. Gym opens at 8:00 and then when most people go to work, it should open at 5:00 am so people can workout before.

Parking needs to be more organized/enforced. Too many large dog breeds in building some bark as soon as they see another dog and pull from their owners.
