The apartment itself is great but upkeep in the community is pretty bad. A light pole fell months ago by building 16 and is just been left there with wires exposed. It's been months.

The move in process was great. I took my time making my decision, I visited and toured several times. I was treated the same every time. The girls were amazing every step of the way. Thus far the experience has been great. Thank for making my choice easy.

The first 2 years at Deerwood were good, but it became not so good when the complex changed management company's 3 times. Now I would not recommend any of my friends to come here.
