Glad i read the reviews cuz i've been calling and all nick does is hang up the phone in my face. Went by the apartment and the outside is terrible so is the parking. Streets are very small and you can tell from the outside that the apartment is warn down. Not a good manager and doesn't speak much english.

PROS - pet friendly with no extra deposit or extra rent, Extra space for the price, and utilities are included.

CONS - noisy neighbors, roach infested, and the beautiful courtyard in the pictures is extremely run down, people throw trash on the ground. It's just awful.

I'm outta here as soon as I can.

I hate my apartment the owner doesn't care they are falling apart he just wants his rent rent rent lol.
