Living at The Lofts has been an amazing experience. The building is clean, safe, and quiet with friendly and helpful staff. The location is ideal as it's walkable to many shops and restaurants.

It’s very quiet neighborhood and cozy home. It’s great being so close to the Village and the beach walking there is very convenient. You don't have to worry about parking as all spaces are reserved.

The location is great right by the center of town but the amenities are often breaking (spa pool has been out of order multiple times in the last 3 months) and the floors are incredibly thin. You can hear everything from the neighbors above and below you - just a poorly constructed building

I was significantly oversold on the "luxury" features and amenities of the property. For the amount charged for rent, The Lofts is ripping people off and not abiding by their lease agreements with their tenants.
