Frustrating Application Experience

I had a very frustrating experience with The Parc At Pruneyard. Proper communication is non-existence and shifting the blame to third party companies appears to be the command practice.

Ring the alarm

I have the pleasure of living at the Commons next door which would be totally dreamy if Parc at Pruneyard Apartments didn’t exist. Dramatic? Probably. But lost sleep and endless disturbances does that.

This ancient relic of a building has a fire system more sensitive than a houseplant. It’s constantly going off, especially at night. Do you love beeping pouring through your closed windows all the time? Have I got a place for you. Sometimes it goes on for nearly an hour. Multiple times a day....


I can’t imagine actually living there comfortably. Stay away.

Best apartment!

We are expats looking for a resident. After touring the Parc at Pruneyard, it just satisfies our requirements for a place to live in. The interior layouts of all rooms are modernized, neatly arranged to suit our comfortable needs. The outside garden gives fresh air to breath. The pool is a big bonus. The whole place is very clean inside and out. Best of all, the leasing consultants are exceptionally friendly and informative professionals.

Do not rent from here

Do you want your car towed from your own parking space in the middle of the night and have to pay $430. to get it out of storage? By all means rent from here. When you try to get a hold of management and are told to make an appointment to speak to them (is he the Pope?) because you want to find out why your car was towed and you’ve been waiting 4 days but no one gets back to you by all means rent from here. If you don’t like storage? By all means rent from here. You like appliances that look... good but are always breaking down? By all means rent from here. You’ve lived here for 4 years and treated like a motel guest instead of a resident by all means rent here. You don’t want upkeep in the dog park? By all means rent from here. You want to pay astronomical rent because it’s close to the Pruneyard? Be my guest rent here. What you see is not what you get.

Excellent Apartment community

Beautiful surroundings and well-maintained community.
Close to Campbell downtown and whole foods.
Near Campbell creek trail.
Well equipped gym, swimming pool, community area.
Many community activities hosted by the management team.

Also the management team here in the community is very friendly, helpful and great. They respond quickly to all our requests.
