This is the place for people who don't need running water or electricity. Also, if you don't mind your stuff being constantly stolen or to pay huge amounts in rent that goes up to the maximum extent every year. The worst place I've ever lived.

I'm so disgusted at how my neighbors and I are being treated. I don't recommend living here.

I've contacted an attorney about the situation here. The Arlington has become absolutely unlivable due to major renovations. I renewed my lease in Spring and was never told about any of this yet my rent was increased 10%. I've had glasses knocked off shelves shattered all over the place and in my dog's food and water bowl. The majority of family heirloom glassware was broken. My dog cries... and bolts from my apartment. Workers came into my apartment to replace windows and I found my dog locked in a closet all day when I got home. Residents deal with pounding, drilling, etc, on Saturdays and we all had to leave on Labor Day Monday due to the noise. Yesterday, the water was off. We've asked for information like a general timeline and we can't get any sort of response. My plumbing got clogged, and I had to solve it myself.
