It is the loudest place i have ever lived. I got no peace and quiet there, just nonstop noise. Come walk around..it reeks of animal waste and cigarettes. Its dirty, no one cleans up, trash everywhere. Roaches. Constant maintenance issues that don't get fixed properly. Stay away if you're smart.

One of the things that attracted me to this apartment was the landscaping and common areas. I've lived here for 5 years and really enjoy it. My apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bath vary spacious for the price, an in California that's saying a lot with rents so high even for the tiny places. I have enjoyed my neighbors which my portion of the building have been the same for a few years which says a lot about where you live. I feel comfortable it feels like a real home I personally like the manager... and the maintenance people always quick to get things done The apartment has been getting upgrades lately so as of now this is where my heart is so this is home.
