They don’t care about your property. They get you in and after a while they stop and don’t do anything about cars getting broken into. Then they blow you off when you point out that it was due to their complete negligence.

I’ve been in my 2 bedroom apartment for 4 months and so far so good. It’s in a good location. The maintenance crew is incredible! If you put a work order in, they will have it repaired that same day. The only thing I don’t like is that there is only one air conditioner and I’m on the second floor. I will have to get portable air conditioners for the bedroom. The residents are not loud, but the noises you hear from other apartments are annoying like when they use their shower. It’s seems really... safe. One resident had some clothes stolen out of laundry late at night so maybe it would be a good idea to put a lock on the laundry door. Very pet friendly. We have been leasing an apartment for the last two and half years. We didn't had any issues earlier but in the last 1 year or so we are seeing lot of issues with maintenance.

There was a gas leak in the apartment and the gas was shut down. It took 10 days to be repaired. The whole apartment community had to stay with out cooking for 10 days.

Many times the water has been shutdown with out any notice and management will not respond if you call them. Very embarrassing situations faced when... guests were at home and water was shutdown with out notice

Any maintenance request s are not being addressed properly. Need to follow up Many times.

Recently some of the items placed in the common area are getting stolen. When informed the management.they respond by saying that it is common and they cannot do anything about it.

Rent here only if you are not bothered about maintenance issues and okay with the inconvenience created. Read More

It started out Ok until I found 2 large roaches in kitchen and their brothers in the bathroom was told by management nothing to worried about as they are just water bugs and sent out Orkin man who gave me 2 baits of which quickly filled up with dead cockroaches I then called Orkin myself and was told oh yes we know that place it has an ongoing roach problem and we have recommended them to tent it as they will keep coming back unless you get the nest. Well I have been here 2 1/2 years and THEY... ARE BACK! And I am tired of paying for roach spray and ant spray. This year is my last. 2 weeks without hot water because of old plumbing, lights going off for hours, paying for underground gated parking but gate has been broke for 2 weeks and told to not leave anything of value in car, and now told to watch our laundry and remove immediately when done as apparently there is a clothing thief. Run do not rent here! It maybe close to everything but who wants to live in a roach infested place paying high rent! Read More

THEY WANT TO CHARGE OVER 1,500 FOR THE SMALLEST SHOE BOX SIZED UNIT THEY HAVE. FOR THE CONSTANT SLAMMING OF DOORS, AND CONSTANT ANNOYING LOUD NEIGHBORS AND THE TERRIBLE ODORS OF THEIR BAD COOKING THAT CREEP IN THROUGH THE WINDOWS DUE TO THE CHICKEN COOP LAYOUT OF THIS PLACE, IT IS AT BEST COMPARABLE TO RENTING A MOTEL 6 FOR THE YEAR.
