The apartment itself is nice and a very good size. The grounds are well kept and not very noisy. I only have few complaints; 1. They won't replace the carpets that haven't been replaced in 5 years. They did offer to clean them but that doesn't fix the problem, it just covers it up. 2. They complained about our satellite dish being too high..we lived here for a year before they brought it up and no where in our lease agreement does it say that the dish cannot be above the roof line. We were told... that if it is not removed or brought down we will receive a legal notice 3. My roommate and I are clean and tidy people however we have a constant problem with "water bugs" which look like roaches to me. They have come to inspect our apt several times and even the pest inspectors state that is not coming from our apartment but someone elses. They come and spray the apartment for free whenever we see one but it comes at a cost to me because i have to pay for doggy daycare.

If these things would have been fixed instead of covered up we would definitely consider staying here another year or more but as of now we are sad we renewed our lease. Read More

lived here for six months now have really nothing to complain about. Great landscape nice pool and spa, which could use a little bit more cleaning, very convenient location, and most importantly, I feel safe being at home and the neighborhood. Just wish the rent was a little lower, really hate to have to find somewhere else.

currenly i am renting 1 bed and 1 bath. size of the room is pretty big but the living is what kind of feel like a storage area. apartment does not have a central A/C. there is just one which in located in the living room and the coolness from that does not reach the bedroom or kitchen. i am not entirely satisfied with what i pay for rent. i just got one parking and if you have 2 cars this is not the place for you. they will tell you to park at the street where there is no parking available. you... have to wait about 30-45mins to find parking on the street at night and early morning. Parking is horrible for visitors. Cost is reasonable considering how big their 1 bedrooms are. Staff is not the friendliest. They definitley do not bother to go over things with you when you are moving out so plan to do your own investigating as far as monies owed otherwise you'll ending up owing more than you thought. Maintenance was usually pretty prompt when you needed something fixed. Good number/quality of amenities. Noise was not a problem at all. The walls are pretty thick.
