The open kitchen and family area are all tile with carpets in the bedrooms. All prospective tenants 18 years of age and older must submit an application. $60.00 per application. We require 2.5 times the rent in gross monthly income, no evictions in the last 3 years, and no unpaid judgements. *Bonus Amenity Included* - A portion of resident's total monthly amount due will be used to have HVAC filters regularly delivered to their doorstep under the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program. It’s imperative that ALL our residents and tenants fully understand and acknowledge our pet and animal-related policies, if allowed.
