This is a beautiful. quiet community with fabulous views. The owners are constantly upgrading the property; the latest is the addition of Amazon lockers.

Instead of your Amazon package being left by your front door, it is now put into a locker and you are sent an e-mail with a code to retrieve it.

Come visit. You will like it.

Having lived at Legacy since 2015, I have found my home.
The current resident staff have brought a nice place to live to a status of excellence. They continually go above and beyond through constant communication and genuine concern for the residents. The team of Sabrina and Kayla are awesome! They constantly try to provide activities for residents i.e. pool parties, thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, Most recently, an awesome waffle brunch that they cooked up for us!

Although the staff has just taken over as new management, they have already proved to be efficient, courteous, and welcoming. They have already proved to me that they value their long time residents and will do most anything within their power, to keep them (unlike the previous management). They have been understanding of my situation, and worked accordingly. I am proud to say, that I will be a little longer time resident since I have just renewed my lease for anther year (which makes me a... proud resident for over 8 years now. The staff is very attentive to your every need and the property is well maintained . Maintenance works extremely hard and quick to respond to any problems that may occur. The size of the community makes it very easy to get to know you neighbors as well.
