Don’t move here. The management and owners don’t care. The places front gates and side gates haven’t worked in over 6 months and they have done nothing. You can’t access the amenities when the office is closed and the people in the office get real snippy with you when you need something.

We are in the process of contracting out a new FOB system to be installed, so that our residents can enjoy the amenities after business hours. We would love to... address any other concerns you might be having and apologize if you felt unheard at anytime. DO NOT LIVE HERE
There are just SO many problems with everything. The pool is under maintenance what feels like 4 days a week. It is nothing like the pictures advertise. The parking gate was stuck open for over two weeks, real "safe" and "secure". The laundry rooms were promised to be done in September, then October, then December, we didn't get any messages about them until March. MARCH. The second floor ones were shut down and locked the entire time. Emergency maintenance doesn't exist, you're stuck with any... problem you have until morning. They locked the laundry room door somewhere between 11:00pm-11:46pm. My clothes were in the dryer, I could hear the dryer still on when I went to get them. Someone heard the dryer, saw the dryer was in use, and still locked the door. The internet here is so bad, it's WiFi but they have Ethernet ports on the walls, they're just turned off.

We do charge back all utilities and the $180 does include- electric. internet, water, sewer and trash... . We have increased courtesy patrol here and are working to make Sahara a great place to call home. We look forward to speaking with you!

Great experience!
Great experience with Sahara Apartments. It is all renovated and really nice. It has a great feel and atmosphere. Fully gated and very safe. The management is fantastic and takes care of everything asap. I love this place!
