The managers are very nice and kind when you meet them, but then they passive aggressively charge extra fees to your rent without any warning. For instance a $50 fee for not cleaning up animal droppings outside, when it wasn’t even your animal that left them. Or accusing you of parking in the paid parking so that they can charge you a fee, when you weren’t even parking there. Beware. They will try to make you pay for their mistakes. Four days before we moved, we discovered that our unit's water heater had rusted through and had stained the carpet in the 2nd bedroom. We called their emergency line and the awesome maintenance guy came by the same day and replaced it. He told us not to worry about paying for the carpet because it would be replaced anyway, because it was their water heater that had failed.
Fast forward a week after we were out. We were sent a bill for... carpet replacement. We have no qualms in paying for everything else on the bill, but we called and said we would contest the carpet charges.
Then my husband called back, and the first thing out of Francis' mouth was "we will not charge you for the carpet, but we will charge you for steam cleaning."
So they replaced that carpet...and then cleaned it? There was no charge on the original bill! They blamed it on a pet stain.
We had one service animal that did nothing to the carpets. The stain they are talking about is from the old and rusted water heater that they had to replace.
Oh, and here's the kicker: Francis said that the maintenance guy that replaced the water heater no longer works for them.
Please, everyone who is considering moving here: take pictures before and after you move, like we did. If they do this to you, you can take them to small claims court.

Actual Apartment Layouts are Great, Location is perfect, but the Air conditioning system is NOT reliable.. Our Unit stopped cooling 6/5 and it took until 6/26 to get real technician for just an inspection; and the following week for repairs.. In the Month of JUNE 17' we had soo many heat warnings and record high temps. but it still took Management 1 Month to "Finalize the Work Orders", 1 month AFTER the "replacement" unit, It still cannot go below 77 degrees at night with it being 80 degrees... outside.... Also, Water Pipes will bust in the complex and you see it in your bill. Parking is thee worst every night after 10 pm. Areas are clean, Pet friendly, and Pool & Gym are actually open 24/7. They misrepresent actual rental cost; cost is $30 to $45 more than listed price because water/sewer/trash are extra. Because residents pay for the complex's water, they don't bother to fix things like broken sprinklers leaking faucets or even large water mains.

You would think the puddles and lakes in the parking lot jn the morning would tip them off that something wasn't right.

Love my apartment, huge bedrooms with walkin closets, and has washer and dryer in the unit! It's a quiet complex and is in a great location.
