11/22/2021 Currently we are residing at Estancia and are not quite happy. First and foremost we have the noisiest upstairs neighbors as well as paper thin ceilings so we ended up calling the office and we were asked if we could record it and then let them hear it. We all know recording recording noise is quite the task so we called again and they said they had called the neighbors to let them know to keep it down. Simply put the call did not help at all. we resorted to buying fans and cranking... them at full blast to drown out the noise but it barely helps. There is dog poop everywhere as well as a lengthy time in getting maintenance to come and help. It doesn’t have an enclosed balcony so you have to DIY and find a way to fill up the space especially if you have kids. Also not enough parking spots.

Poor management
Management could not care less about residents. They don't reply to emails, and don't properly follow up on work orders (you have to call them several times to "remind" them that you have a work order pending). I spent 6 weeks with a broken oven and two weeks with cockroaches before someone actually came to spray.
If it wasn't for the poor management, I would love the place. I love the location and the maintenance staff is courteous.

misinformation
upon visiting to view living options, I was told there is a $250.00 pet deposit non- refundable and only one parking spot is available per apartment. So for my family and I, we need at least 3. We have 3 babies, so there's no way one vehicle for all the adults and babies is going to be able to commute to work. There is a special for the 3 bedroom, but without the fireplace. Disappointed with pricing and options.

Affordable, clean and safe place to call it home.
I've lived at affordable Estancia for a year and loved it. The maintenance request and service were no issues. I was comfortable living with privacy balcony. Neighbors were friendly and I even made some friends that we keep in touch. I wouldn't mind to renew my lease for the price I pay for beautiful Estancia community, but I happened to adopt a new furry friend, dog. She would rather to play around in a private backyard, compare to the balcony. Staff at Estancia were courtesy and honest. They... were great at giving me for my accommodation needs. HSL Management, you've got some awesome staff at Estancia. Thank you!
