Yeah it’s a cute little apartment complex. But The apt fridge sounds like a jet taking off and maintenance doesn’t fix anything. Our washer/dryer bangs every time you use it & they won’t fix it. The general age group is older people (40’s-50+) and you can’t even play music without getting several complaints ( even when the music is truly not loud at all). So yeah it’s a cute little gated community but it’s bull crap with what you have to deal with.

A little slice of heaven
Quiet, clean, affordable, lovely grounds with unbelievable views! Samantha and Dianne, in the office, are both extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance responds quickly to whatever you may need. I highly recommend this wonderful place to live ??
