I recently toured this property as I am looking to move from out of state. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. Mary was very sweet and professional. (Surprisingly this is hard to come across these days). I really like the floor plans and I’m definitely considering this as my next home.

The second worst apartment I've stayed at and I've rented with 14 apartments in my lifetime. Cockroaches and bug infestations every other week, horrible communication with management, and virtually no AC in the summer. The apartment temperature would be 83 degrees at 4am and that's with sun blocking curtains throughout the entire unit!!!! I'd rather sleep in a homeless ridden dump than do this again.

There is a roach infestation, management doesn’t take it seriously. The pest control used clearly isn’t effective. Rent has gone up $500 in 3 years with no renovations made to the apt at all. With cheaper places around in better condition I would suggest staying away

Helpless leasing office, fake advertising of property, warm AC, not hot heater and roaches are here.

Great location with lots of skate and food spots around. There’s a place to grill and a nice pool. The updated laundry rooms are a lot better too. The apartments are low cost for their location which is great as well.
