My husband Terry and I have lived here 5 years and have always had a good relationship with the leasing office staff and maintenance.

I must give a huge thank you to Ashley, the assistant manager for her consistency, she is professional, courteous, and so kind. Whatever we have needed she has delivered without hesitation.

I recently had the best experience with the maintenance manager Robert on 3/14/22. He not only fixed what was on my work order but he went above and beyond and added an... additional fix to a problem that wasn’t on the list.
He is was just fantastic, professional, peaceful and attentive to details and everything was fixed perfectly.

We’ve seen a few staffs come and go but this one is by far the best!!

I’ve been living here a few years now and the front office management was great, but ever since AMC took over it’s gone downhill and fast. The front office staff is clueless and everything you ask about no one knows a thing and They don’t return calls or emails. They can’t even get basic spelling correct on the emails going to their residents very unprofessional. And to top it off they painted the apts bright white with ugly looking LED lights that attracted swarms of bugs at night. A bunch of... mysterious “taxes” on the rent and no one can explain what they’re for. Don’t live here. Oh and the gates never work and when they do, the codes to let guests in don’t. They also don’t do a thing if people park in your assigned parking spot and and they force you to park on the street when people are in your spot when you pay rent! We just moved in this month and we had a few small fixes for the apt and after the requests were put in they came immediately to fix them! The grounds are quiet and CLEAN and so are the apts and the model they show you looks exactly like the move in ready units. Also it’s gated and the Gates always work very safe ! Love living here so far !

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The management at this apartment complex needs to hire an official accountant to look over their files thoroughly, keep the office staffed so nobody is waiting, and just be more organized in general. My grandfather has lived at this place since June 2017 and it has been nothing but a terrible rollercoaster. Keep in mind my grandfather is 90yrs old, a veteran, and disabled. My grandfather was told that he was able to get the first month of rent free and... he moved in with no issues. He has diligently paid his rent and caused no problems. Now it’s 2018 and we’re being told that one of their employees was doing some shady things with the rental accounts, that my grandfather wasn’t approved for the first month and now owes some back money in rent. They didn’t even give him a notice to appear in court and on the day of court he was IN THE HOSPITAL. Now the front office is threatening to kick my 90yr old grandfather out on the streets. This is truly disgusting and unlawful. My grandfather even paid TWO MONTHS of rent in advance and there was never a problem. He goes to pay for February rent and is told he’s being evicted. How can these people live with themselves?

Not only do they not know how to count correctly but they don’t even take care of the apartment community. There is literally dog poop everywhere, there have been instances of the police being called multiple times, the apartments are NOT luxurious, etc. I’m still trying to figure out how someone who pays their rent every month and even paid in advance is getting evicted. Why should my grandfather have to suffer for the actions of THEIR employee? Not only that but if my grandfather really wasn’t approved for that first month, why did it take management 8 months to figure it out? If you are looking for a place in ahwatukee there are so many other places to consider. Don’t make this one of them. Recently I moved to this complex and I still can't get over how nicely kept the facilities and grounds are. Instead of staying at a hotel, I feel like I'm living at hotel--a nice one. The grounds and 2 pools have the best amenities and a nice gas grill included at the front pool. The club house having been recently remodeled has an a modern open and spacious style about it and the gym with its several windows surrounded by the manicured gardens gives it a sharp light feel.
My unit was not... refurbished but it feels that way and I particularly like the crown molding in the main room. New paint, and super clean; but I love having the laundry facilities right in my unit, It is a quiet neighborhood but I like the fact that when I want to take a longer run I can easily get on to the tails of the South Mountain regional park with out needing to use a car.
