Do not move here unless you’d like property management to do nothing about your issues in the apartment. There are tiny bugs coming in through a specific part of the window yet they refuse to replace it. They call pest control who seems to not even know what the bugs are but they have stingers and it looks like an infestation. They try to pass it off as it’s just the weather but they are literally coming in through one window in the apartment. This is by far the best apartment I've lived in, and I've lived at Mark Taylor properties. The apartments are nice and clean and the property is gorgeous. The neighbors are kind and courteous and it really feels like a community. The maintenance staff is always super quick to get things resolved and are very friendly. The leasing team is absolutely wonderful. The girls in the main office are always kind and happy to see you and always willing to help with any question you might have. I love the... emails and little competitions they have. And food trucks every month are awesome, but every week would be even better! I absolutely love living here and I really lucked out since this is my first apartment. The maintenance crew is always on top of everything as well as the grounds keepers. Once, maintenance had to enter my apartment because there was a leak from my shower from the previous tenant and the downstairs neighbors had complications due to it. I was at work but they called me and left a message about entering and also left a written note when they were finished to document the time and reason for them... entering. The lawn, pool and overall exterior are immaculate--who knew such green grass was possible in Arizona! The complex is incredibly dog friendly, especially big ones. Owners are all very respective and keep the lawns clean with doggy bags that are located throughout the grounds.
