Don't live here

Have lived here for a couple of years. Maintenance and managers slack on fixing any problem with the apartment. I've had a leak coming from the a/c for a year now and they still haven't gotten to it. You also can't have dogs ????????

Love the location

Just moved into a 1BR. I like the layout. Wish the oven was bigger but on the bright side it's natural gas and utilities are included in the rent. The cabinets are in serious need of replacement but with a good thorough cleaning are manageable.

Neighbors seem pretty quiet and keep to themselves for the most part. No major rip roaring parties etc. The pool area and BBQ facilities are spectacular and the landscape design is really inviting.

sunset villa

I have lived at Sunset Villa Apartments for nine months and never had a problem. It is a quiet complex,and the tenants are very nice. Maintenance always comes in a timely manner to fix any problems that may arise, and the property managment are so very nice and pleasant.
