Before signing a lease here, I strongly recommend doing thorough research. I waited until the end of my lease before writing this review so I could evaluate my entire experience.

The biggest issue was the roach infestation. Despite paying for monthly pest control, the treatments were ineffective. We had to spend our own money on pest control products and it took months to get the problem under control. The apartment was handed to us with roaches throughout the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and... living room.

The laundry situation was also extremely frustrating. There are over 500 units but only two functioning laundry rooms because one remains closed. The facilities are dirty, there are not enough machines, and the dryers are unreliable. Several times I paid for a cycle only to come back to wet clothes. We eventually started using a nearby laundromat because it was more dependable.

Safety was another concern. This is not a gated community, and I frequently saw police activity throughout the property. I witnessed arrests on multiple occasions, and there was even a shooting behind my unit during my lease. That alone should speak for itself.

Although the community advertises itself as smoke-free, many residents smoke regularly. Smoke and marijuana odors frequently traveled through the vents into our apartment and often lingered throughout the home.

The property is older, and it shows. We experienced frequent maintenance issues involving plumbing, water shutoffs, and air conditioning. During the summer, our apartment reached 86 degrees when the AC system failed for around 10 days. We were provided only one portable AC unit for the entire apartment. We also dealt with water leaks from the upstairs unit that took far too long to resolve.

Residents pay amenity fees, but several amenities were unavailable or poorly maintained during my stay. The fitness center remained closed for an extended period after being vandalized, and common areas were not always well maintained.

Management was friendly before signing the lease, but communication afterward was disappointing. Emails often went unanswered, and concerns were frequently redirected elsewhere without meaningful follow-up. At the same time, management seemed quick to enforce resident rules while larger community issues remained unresolved.

These apartments are not worth living in they always shutting stuff off I don’t understand why because they don’t fix anything they make thing worse. They shut the water off on a Thursday morning turn it back on around 4pm Thursday my water didn’t come on. Mind you my water was work good. Maintenance comes and sees my water not working so they leave I call the office they tell me they can’t have a plumber come out until Monday. I let the know I need my water on asap the girl tells me since the... water is dripping out it’s not an emergency. So Monday comes I call they are still telling me they can’t do anything for me.
