Excellent Maintenance team and front office Management and maintenance are amazing. Very responsive and quick to work out any issues you might have. Smooth sailing for me right now thanks to them.

Friendly Staff But Disappointing Move-In I really wanted to love this apartment because the location is great and the office staff has been kind and friendly. However, my move-in experience was disappointing enough that I can only give it 2.5 stars.

The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the apartment. It did not appear to have been properly cleaned before I moved in. The floors were dirty, the bathtub needed cleaning, and one of the main A/C vents was covered in dust. I submitted a... maintenance request for the vent on my move-in day, and it still hasn’t been addressed.

The washer and dryer were the most concerning. They were dirty inside and out, with pet hair around the washer drum. I submitted a maintenance request and was told someone would take care of it right away, but the maintenance visit consisted of someone bringing Lysol and The Pink Stuff. I still don’t feel comfortable using the machines because they don’t appear to have been properly cleaned or sanitized.

The dishwasher also has a strong odor. I’ve cleaned it myself and run cleaning cycles, but the smell remains and it seems like it may need to be replaced.

There were also some administrative oversights. My move-in inspection form was actually for a different apartment and included another resident’s name. I had to correct the information myself before completing it.

Finally, the parking policy is frustrating. Residents pay a monthly fee for first-come, first-served parking, but guests also have to pay to park. During my move-in, I had to pay for my U-Haul to park overnight even though I was already paying for resident parking. That was an unexpected expense during an already stressful move.

Overall, I like the apartment itself, the location, and the friendliness of the office staff. My disappointment comes from the lack of preparation before move-in and the unresolved cleanliness issues. I hope management improves its turnover and inspection process so future residents have a much better experience than I did. Read More

Great apartment complex Generous staff. Easy move-in. The amenities are excellent!

In the short amount of time that I have lived here, I have noticed something that could be improved. The trash room is unbearable by Sunday, it is covered in flies and the garbage and recycling are overflowing out of the bins. Unfortunate for those that live on the first floor and have to walk into the mess. Not the biggest deal ever but it would be nice to walk into a cleaner space.
