Fixed half of the problem. Maintenance was good but they only sprayed the apt for bugs. My garbage disposal is not working and still hasn’t been fixed

Not worth your money. When I moved in, I signed a checklist of everything That was wrong with the apartment, and they said that they were going to get around to it. It's been 3 months, nothing. It was never done even though I've asked about it multiple times. Was supposed to get a free month worth a rent that never happened. I asked about it and they said they would get back to me. And they never did
