The good perks were I had my own space and was left alone. The maintenance people are the nicest men. The manager is nice and her family as well.

The bad... roaches; due to living next to the canal.

They finally replaced the dinosaur A/C unit but no filter was given to me. The refrigerator leaked.

Top of everything It was great while it lasted. The manager is amazing. She is patient and very nice.

There is no security to live there, they steal the parcel, bad management. I wish to find information where you can complain about the apartments. A lot of money for a small apartment with lots of cockroaches and the repairs always take a lot of time or put used parts. Stay away! The cheap is more expensive!

Great place to live ! Spacious ,cheap and 5 minutes away from ASU. Not one roach ever seen . Manager is very helpful .

I wish that I could give this place less than one star. The new management is really horrible and she does not know how to do her job. There is no point asking her to fix something for you because she would totally ignore you and the roaches are disgusting. It may be fine for a few months and of course the price is okay but it is definitely not worth it. So if you had the money to go to a way nicer place then I would definitely take the opportunity.

Big spacious, cheap for two bedrooms but the apartment is old and ac does not really work. Office people never there! Called no answer! So hot in the summer time without ac. And the cockroach is a huge problem! Everywhere|..
