650–800: Approved, standard deposit
600–649: Conditionally approved, 1.5x deposit
530–599: Case-by-case review, 1.5x deposit if approved

Income: Verifiable monthly household income of 3x rent ($1,500/mo minimum regardless of the rental rate)

Rental History: No evictions or housing-related judgments within the last 3 years

All occupants 18+ must submit an application with a non-refundable $65 application fee

PET POLICY
