Application fee is $50.00 per person 18 years of age and older. Once paid the application fee is not refundable for any reason. A $150.00 admin fee is due at signing/move in. Applicants must meet specific requirements to qualify for any move in specials advertised. Refundable security deposit ranges from $250.00 to One Month Rent. If you have a pet there is a nonrefundable pet fee of $300.00 is due at move in and a monthly pet rent of $30.00 per pet. There is a monthly fee of $14.50 for mandatory PDLW insurance, you can purchase your own coverage and submit a policy for approval to waive this fee. RentPlus services is a credit reporting tool with a service charge of $8.95 per month for one resident or $14.95 per month for multiple residents. Residents can unenroll in the RentPlus program at any time for no penalty. Online payment services may be unavailable if resident NSF payment during occupancy, is in the court process, or payment is made after the 10th day of the month. Flex Pay is a 3rd party service that residents must qualify for independently. The monthly fee for utilities varies based on unit.
