Bottom line: Avoid any places managed by the Connor Group. Sure, their property might look nice at first glance, but once you're in, it's a different story. Got to love the sewage stench on the first floor, a broken hot tub they won't fix, and you're stuck footing the bill for previous tenants' charges they conveniently forgot. Been leaving voicemails for the Regional Director for almost three weeks now, and guess what? Today's gem of a response from the operator was, 'If we don't think it's... important, we won't call you back.' Real classy, huh? And don't get me started on their tactics—half-empty units, fake reviews from randoms who never even lived there, all just to sucker in the next renter. Save yourself the headache and steer clear.

I can’t wait to call this place home
I was lucky to meet Laura, she was great, so helpful and showed me everything I needed to see! I can see myself living here. It’s a beautiful and welcoming community. You will not be disappointed, Alta Raintree, is beautiful! Their amenities are amazing, touring this place was a great experience.

Amazing experience
Truly enjoyed being shown around Alta Raintree and Laura made this experience so much more pleasant. She was so insightful about all the amenities that Alta Raintree has to offer and was so knowledgeable about what this community had to offer us. The tour was so enjoyable that we can actually see ourselves be part of this community. The complex has a variety of pleasing floor plans and I enjoyed how update and well kept Alta Raintree is. Definitely would recommend!
