Good experience I moved in from out of state and Jadyn was awesome, she made it really easy for me, even FaceTiming me to give me a tour of the apartment. She worked with me on my lease start date too. She was a great help.

Took too long to fix Tub lining was defectively replaced before our move in. The lining pealed off and toxic fumes were released in the unit. It took six days before it was fixed. And another day for the new fumes to leave the apartment.

Review I’m very thankful and blessed to celebrate my 10th year anniversary in August at Ninety Degrees.
The manager Arianna and staff do all they can to keep a safe, clean and protected environment for us and hope to be around for another 10 years.

not enough ev chargers and only one worked for 8 months and now 2/3 work and i was lied about the car charging situation here . front desk is very lax took 2 months to hear back anything about my referral and when they did get back to me after talking to a manager it all got done in one day . they saying it’s going to be fixed but it doesn’t . besides that place is beautiful and love my loft but staff could be better .
