I have been living here for a year now and planning to renew my contract. Managment is always so helpful and maitnance is always prompt with my work orders. Theres so much to do just in the complex. We have a 24 hour gym, an area where i can study and a bunch of games. Defintely recommend

I recently moved out may 28th 2025, I had been living with mold for 5 years the maintenance came a sprayed painted over the mold instead of having it removed, the rent kept increasing with no upgrades, baseboards detached from the walls, black tar like substance coming from bathroom sink. which caused my children and I mental and physical problems, we also had 4 attempted break-ins while we were home and was chased into our apartment by a random man who hopped the fence managementsaid... theycouldn't help and we couldnt break the lease without charged. The apartments refused to move us to another unit without charging us. ALSO I have been calling for a while to get my deposit and they refuse to answer nor return my calls. I’m really shocked about these reviews. I’ve lived here going on three years and have never had any sort of roach or bug for that matter. Anytime I’ve had an issue the office always has helped with swiftness. Maintenance will be out within 24 hours to fix what needs to be fixed. It’s affordable for the size of the units and location.

I lived here for over 3 years and I would never rent here again and never recommend to anyone that they rent here as an well. There is a huge cockroach problem and they will only do things if you complain about it, they won’t tell you about it, they won’t do anything proactive. Parking is horrible. You only get 1 space and it’s no where near your apartment leaving you with a nice walk. And they will lie and harass you about back in parking. Area is unsafe, multiple shootings at the complex while... I lived there, police are always there. An apartment lit on fire and killed a mother and her child, they did nothing to assure us we are safe. Everyone in the leasing office is rude and condescending. They also scammed us out of $500 when we left. Do not let the renovations fool you they are not good quality, floors are super cheap, carpet sucks, closet doors are made out of cardboard pretty much. This place is the absolute biggest dump! You will regret moving here. Management sucks and the prices for the neighborhood and what you get are not even worth it.! I recently moved out of here and can’t tell you how free I feel!
