Fees and Amenities The apartment itself is okay. But the fees are a little excessive and the amenities are slightly lacking. $100 in total tech fees is extremely high, with no entry gate and to force residents to pay $75 for wifi which is higher then most wifi providers ($50) especially when the wifi is not very good, definitely brings the rating down for sure. Also there is no jacuzzi anywhere on site. I have never known an apartment complex to not have a jacuzzi.

Unfavorable Rating Your leasing staff, Tegan, has an unreasonable expectation to move my motorcycle on a daily basis from an unassigned parking space. To provide further feedback. I have two vehicles, and one motorcycle. Therefore, I was able to park in an unassigned parking space directly in front of the building. I occupy that space with two vehicles. One vehicle, and a motorcyle. Pursuant to the lease agreement, section 21. Both are registered and operable. I use both almost on a daily basis.... I ride the motorycle to work on most days, then use the car in the afternoon's evening. Furthermore, every maintenance ticket submitted, nearly requires me to submit the same repair order 3 more times before it gets resolved. This is frustrating beyond believe. Nearly all the neighbors smoke marijuana. I am a federal officer. I cannot be around that stuff! It is appalling to me to come home and smell that odor at my front door. Worst part, I open the door and smell it inside my doorway!

Infested with Bedbugs
The property has bed bugs and the management refuses to treat. The bugs are spreading from apartment to apartment. They have been reported to the Maricopa Health Department several times. They have roaches too! Just another slum property in Phoenix charging ridiculous prices for gross living conditions. Don’t rent from this dump!

ROACH INFESTED!
This whole complex is roach infested, constantly having water shut off, or power outages too! Absolutely zero notices sent to tenants. They have been supposedly painting for months yet no progress and the workers just sit under the stair case killing time. STAY AWAY!!! This place is roach infested all the complex, not to mention they force your belongings into living space when they paint outside then refuse to compensate tenants for inconvenience. Reserved parking no longer exists. This place... is the worst DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE!!!!!!!
