Del Sol is a quiet, animal friendly community with friendly neighbors and good set of core amenities (2 pools, a gym, and a dog park). Management is friendly, professional, very responsive, and open to feedback. Maintenance is spot on and quick to respond. In a great location in central Scottsdale, close to shopping centers, among other things.

Del sol is a great place to live. They make sure to come and fix anything that needs fixing and really quiet and place I like to live

If u are looking for a place that is close to stores and a nice safe community full of welcoming nice people this is a good place I will admit it is pricey but, I still love this place
