Nothing ever gets fixed or completed since the new management took over. I can’t wait to leave. The manager is very condescending and always too busy. Todo iba bien en este lugar pero este año 2025 es malo no hacen caso con los problemas que tiene el apartamento y se me hace injusto que uno paga su renta cada mes sin problema par que tengan sus apartamentos con fallas y no las vengan arreglar

si estas buscando un lugar para rentar que te ofrezca toda la tranquilidad , comodidad y comfort y que a su vez le puedas llamar HOGAR , tienes que venir a MORADA GRANDE , vas a ser atendido por Angie y Deisy , dos chicas fantasticas , profesionales y con un optimo conocimiento de su trabajo , te guian paso a paso durante el proceso hasta cumplir tus expectativas, te lo recomiendo al 100 %

Morada Grande would be a comfortable and beautiful community but just needs some touch up's here and there. Especially the homeless living and sleeping in the garbage cans and bathing in the swimming pool. Trash thrown everywhere, garbage cans aflow, graffiti on walls non working front gates, roach infestation, broken signage when entering the community. Price for rent doesn't do justice for the class it falls into.

This place is horrible don’t move in here!!! Save your money. Management doesn’t care about anyone’s concerns. Property always has trash everywhere. They don’t enforce the leash law for animals. The padding or insulation between the floors is horrible. Oh believe me I’m not planning on renewing my lease.
